Hello lulus!
Soooo....my plane ride whizzed by while this woman next to me talked and talked for six hours. She's a holistic healer, does all kinds of therapies, and I learned a lot from her. When we got to the airport, my ride (SaiFon) didn't show, so Autumn (the woman from the plane) and her husband took me home, fed me, and let me sleep on their futon. I got a call from my ride the next morning, she'd gotten out late from a lecture and was worried sick when I wasn't there at the airport! But it all worked out. Autumn drove me over here to SaiFon's place, took me to the beach and the grocery store so I could get some groceries.
This place is great. It's a beautiful house with a few rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, open porch that wraps around the side, pool, outdoor shower, yoga studio, and massage room. I'm sleeping on a cot with mosquito nets on the porch, and every morning when I wake up, I step over to the main part of the porch and there's the ocean! We're up on a hill so the view is spectacular. The beach is about a quarter mile down the road, and the shopping center about a mile and a quarter uphill, so I'm excited to get some cardio in!
I took SaiFon's class on Monday, then our training began yesterday at 2 PM. It's going to be A LOT of information but a wonderful transformation process. There are five of us in the class, so it's nice and small. We begin teaching on Saturday! I'll have lots of teaching practice so when I leave I will be fully prepared.

Julie's Sub @ the Loft
Hello fellow Lu's.
I went to Julie's time slot at Yoga Loft last night, taught by this girl named Mandy, and it was a lot like Julie's class. Just wanted to put that out there, in case anyone was wondering who was subbing for her and what the sub was like.
Has anyone ever gone to Exhale in Venice? Someone hounded me about it today after yoga and apparently I'm missing out.

Yeah!!!!
I'm so excited to see our first postings! If anyone is having any trouble logging on, please let Renee or I know.
So, I tried Heavenly Sweat at Lyfe studio this Monday, and it was very interesting. Kim the teacher is very excited to have Lulu girls take her class. She was wearing the wonder unders. There were about 15 in the class, and I counted 9 in Lulu.
I would be careful when taking her class. It is very fast paced and hard to keep up with her. She moves at warped speed!
I took the adult Ballet at The Studio of Art of Dance in El Segundo. I love Christy! She is great, and very excited about her connection with Lululemon. Jill and I are hoping to talk to her about applying for Ambassadorship.
Tonight after work, I joined Paige, Brynn and Hilary for a Hip Hop class at Spectrum. It was fun but some challenging moves! I tried not to embarrass my girls too much. Hilary and I were partnered during the dance. Can you stand it?
Wed. I will work on my teacher training for the Barre Physique. I'm pretty excited about it. I know that some of you have taken Jill's class. Way to support her.
I continue to log in the miles for my 3 day walk. so far 7 miles is the longest one. They keep increasing each week.
Well, I'm pooped, so have a sweet night!
